We moved to a bigger apartment on May 26th. This place is nice despite some trouble with our promised washer and dryer not being in it and the built in TV antennas being crap. The BEST thing about it is I now have a very nice, larger studio space where I can cut mats without moving furniture. YAY! It's a good thing, too. With Apollocon coming up in a couple of weeks, I need to get off my tush tomorrow and pick up mat board and the adhesive dots I'll be using to fasten the boards to the back. I've been practicing cutting with the new mat cutter and I think I have it down again. I hadn't cut a mat since I was in college and that was with a straight edge and Exacto knife, not with a real mat cutter. So I needed to familiarize myself with it. The studio space also has a huge walk-in closet that I've filled with shelving and cabinets to hold supplies and musical instruments. My desk is kind of crammed into a corner, but I'm ok with that. LOL
